APC Chieftain says he founded Calabar, calls Ayade a clown

Ntufam Hilliard Eta, National Vice Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC South-South

The National Vice Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC South-South, Mr. Hilliard Eta has said he is the Pathfinder of Calabar Municipality, calling the Governor of Cross River State, Senator Ben Ayade a clown in the process.

Hilliard Eta made this call after Ben Ayade was being endorsed for second term by the Calabar Municipality and Odukpani constituents in Calabar.

In a Facebook comment thread of Bassey’s post, Hilliard wrote, “Ntufam I am the Pathfinder of Calabar Municipality people, how dare you contrive to hoodwink the people into thinking the sane and normal people will do such insane and abnormal thing, such as endorse a Clown Governor. Remember we write our history everyday”.

That thread generated mixed reactions with Nya Offiong replying Hilliard thus, “I’m sorry Ete Hilliard. You are not the Pathfinder of the Calabar Municipality people. May be you are for the Calabar Municipality APC people but not all of us in Calabar Municipality. Kindly look for elsewhere… Many thank”.
