The Chief of Staff to the Governor of Cross River State, Hon. Martins Orim, a true friend to the Disable and Vulnerable Persons in the State has received and award of Excellence from the association.

It will be recalled that some time in December 2016, the Disable Persons in Obudu Local Government Area of Cross River State, honored the Chief of Staff with and Award for his philanthropic spirit towards the group.

Today, at the International Day of the Disable Persons, organised by the Ministry of Sustainable Development/Social Welfare, Martins Orim received another award, this time, from the entire Association of Disable Persons in the State.

It is a known philosophy that, “No man can afford to express, through words or acts, that which is not in harmony with his own belief, and if he does so he must pay by the loss of his ability to influence others.”

Martins Orim display of kind gesture to the Disable and Vulnerable persons in our society proves true that He belief in what he express in words and actions, as He has made plans again to celebrate His Birthday tomorrow with yet another set of Vulnerable persons.
