Minutes from Joe Agi solidarity Prayer Forum held last Saturday


The forum gathered at her usual venue, No.6 Tomboya street and the meeting started at about 4:00pm, the opening prayer was conducted by Evang. Peter Oko, the secretary Mr. Thompson Omadewu read the minutes of the previous meeting after adoption of the previous minutes.

Evang. Peter Oko took his reading from Jeremiah 20:11(But you, lord, are on my side, strong and mighty, and those who persecute me will fail. They will be disgraced for ever,because they cannot succeed. Their disgrace will never be forgothen). those who persecute Joe Akpa Odey-Agi (SAN) shall be put to shame, their disgrace shall never be forgothen. He took his second reading from the book of Zacharia 2:5 (The lord has promised that he himself will be a wall of fire round the city to protect it and that he will live there in all his glory). God heard the cries and prayers of Cross Riverians and had sent Joe Agi on rescue mission.

Pastor Evang. Owogoga Emmanuel, took his sermon topic title: DIVINE CALL. He read from the book of Exodus 4:1-17, like Moses and Aaron, God call Joe Agi to lead Cross River State, God had spoken to Joe Agi severally concerning the people of Cross River and choosen this very moment to actualised his mission to his people.

Finally brother Joseph Okpodu led in the closing prayer, he took his reading from psalm 118:6, where he explain to the forum that the lord is with Joe Agi, and he shall never be afraid, what can anyone do to him? God has ordain Joe Akpa Odey-Agi to lead the people of Cross River State, and nobody born of a woman can stop him.
