Documents: Ayade corners FG Rice Anchor Programme?

The Governor of Cross River State, Senator Ben Ayade has cornered and replaced the real names and actual persons that were supposed to benefit from the Federal Government Rice Anchor Programme, according to Ifere Paul.

Ifere Paul said, Governor Ayade who recently said that his administration is poised to raise the bar in rice production in the Nigeria, has also reiterated that rice production in Cross River State is his pet project. The governor made this known because of his unwillingness to disburse part of the 4.5 Billion Naira the State government got from the Federation Account as Parr of it share of tje rice anchor initiative.

Rice farmers in the State has been put through difficult times in Cross River State. The governor has been unwilling to release the funds because the funds are supposed to be released directly to beneficiaries of the programmes. But as smart as our governor and his co-governor, and deputy governor are, the shortlisted family members and friends to stand as proxy recipients.

Whether the proxy recipients will send the money back to the Ayades and Esus is yet to be confirmed. But information is that even those selected from Biase LGA were people who are actually not from Biase.

In Obudu for instance, all recipients are in-laws, cousins, friends, and distant relations of the Ayades.

Below are the names of recipients of the rice intervention anchor programme. The list is a cooked list of the Ayade.
